Are you a real company?

Yep, we’re real. Based in Southern California, Emotional Laundry is an online store that makes bold, unique graphic t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies.

ORDERING

Where can I find my order confirmation email?
You’ll get a confirmation email right after placing your order.
If it’s not in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder. Still nothing? Email us your name and shipping address and we’ll look it up for you.

How do I track my package?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.

Can I change my order after it’s placed?
We’ll do our best. If we haven’t started processing it yet, we might be able to make changes. Just contact us ASAP.

Why was I charged when the order didn’t go through?
If your order didn’t go through, it’s automatically canceled and refunded.
You might still see a charge marked as “pending,” but that will disappear.

You can check out the Size Guide under the FAQ section at the top of the homepage.

How should I wash a printed shirt?

DO NOT DRY CLEAN!

1. Turn your t-shirt inside out.
2. Fill your washing machine with cold water.
3. Use the correct amount of soap, and DO NOT use Bleach.
4. Use the gentle cycle on your washing machine.
5. Air Dry your t-shirt, or use the LOW heat setting on your dryer.
